Su hija adulta vive lejos, la distancia es de 400 km. Helmi vive en una zona rural, en un antiguo pueblo remoto, desde el cual hay 20 km hasta el centro del pueblo m\u00e1s cercano. Un vecino anciano vive cerca y visita semanalmente a Helmi.<\/p>\n<p>Las visitas anteriores de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria se realizaron un mes antes por una enfermera de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria. Se han llevado a cabo los ex\u00e1menes de diagn\u00f3stico necesarios despu\u00e9s de que la enfermera de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria identificara los olvidos de Helmi y las dificultades para seguir una conversaci\u00f3n. Helmi ha sido diagnosticado con la enfermedad de Alzheimer y se le ha iniciado un medicamento. Se trata de una visita domiciliaria donde est\u00e1n presentes la hija de Helmi, una enfermera y una estudiante de enfermer\u00eda. El objetivo es evaluar el bienestar psicosocial de Helmi y su manejo en el hogar.<\/p>\n<p>Helmi a\u00fan no cuenta con ning\u00fan servicio de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria. Hasta ahora, ella ha hecho frente de forma independiente a sus actividades diarias. Quiere vivir en su casa, donde vive desde hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n, Helmi parece deprimido y lloroso. Ella percibe la vida como algo sin sentido. Helmi dice que los d\u00edas siempre se repiten de manera similar, no hay amigos ni parientes, todos han fallecido. Ella dice que los \u00fanicos cercanos son Otto, su vecino y una hija, aunque ella tiene vida propia. Un vecino anciano vive cerca y visita semanalmente a Helmi.<\/p>\n<p>Las visitas anteriores de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria se realizaron un mes antes por una enfermera de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria. Se han llevado a cabo los ex\u00e1menes de diagn\u00f3stico necesarios despu\u00e9s de que la enfermera de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria identificara los olvidos de Helmi y las dificultades para seguir una conversaci\u00f3n. Helmi ha sido diagnosticado con la enfermedad de Alzheimer y se le ha iniciado un medicamento. Se trata de una visita domiciliaria donde est\u00e1n presentes la hija de Helmi, una enfermera y una estudiante de enfermer\u00eda. El objetivo es evaluar el bienestar psicosocial de Helmi y su manejo en el hogar.<\/p>\n<p>Helmi a\u00fan no cuenta con ning\u00fan servicio de atenci\u00f3n domiciliaria. Hasta ahora, ella ha hecho frente de forma independiente a sus actividades diarias. Quiere vivir en su casa, donde vive desde hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n, Helmi parece deprimido y lloroso. Ella percibe la vida como algo sin sentido. Helmi dice que los d\u00edas siempre se repiten de manera similar, no hay amigos ni parientes, todos han fallecido. Ella dice que los \u00fanicos cercanos son Otto, su vecino y una hija, aunque ella tiene vida propia.
