Estos fen\u00f3menos sociales, demogr\u00e1ficos y culturales est\u00e1n teniendo un alto impacto en las organizaciones de salud de las naciones y, por lo tanto, la educaci\u00f3n y las competencias de las profesiones de la salud deben adaptarse al contexto europeo. Brindar a los alumnos la oportunidad de involucrarse y cuidar a los pacientes, no solo desde la perspectiva cl\u00ednica sino tambi\u00e9n desde la social y cultural, considerando su trasfondo cultural entendido como: herencias \u00e9tnicas diversas, roles de g\u00e9nero, caracter\u00edsticas culturales, valores, tradiciones, pr\u00e1cticas, estilos de vida y creencias religiosas es crucial para prepararlos para las realidades de sus carreras profesionales, especialmente dentro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, donde se promueve la movilidad de estudiantes y profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>la Simulaci\u00f3n en Cuidados<\/strong> de Salud de Alta Fidelidad es una herramienta educativa eficaz en la formaci\u00f3n de enfermer\u00eda que permite a los estudiantes de diferentes pa\u00edses y culturas manejar adecuadamente los principios tanto de los cuidados como de las habilidades de enfermer\u00eda; y atenci\u00f3n culturalmente competente. Este tipo de simulaci\u00f3n permite el contacto de los alumnos con otras realidades culturales incluso cuando la movilidad no est\u00e1 recomendada o ha sido prohibida y puede contribuir a superar futuras restricciones de movilidad y bloqueos como los experimentados recientemente debido a la pandemia de Covid o conflictos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con esto, presentamos varios escenarios de simulaci\u00f3n de alta fidelidad que podr\u00edan beneficiar a los programas de Simulaci\u00f3n de Cuidados de Enfermer\u00eda Geri\u00e1trica al incluir adicionalmente dicha capacitaci\u00f3n basada en la diversidad en sus curr\u00edculos permanentes a trav\u00e9s de la replicaci\u00f3n de escenarios del mundo real de diferentes culturas en un ambiente controlado y no amenazante debido a la perspectiva de alta fidelidad.<\/p>\n<p>La suposici\u00f3n principal del consorcio del Proyecto GNurseSim es que al usar la simulaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n sanitaria para educar y capacitar para la competencia cultural, la evidencia cient\u00edfica que se genera es abrumadoramente clara, ya que se contribuye a desarrollar el potencial para el uso de la <strong>simulaci\u00f3n de pacientes de alta fidelidad como una estrategia de ense\u00f1anza efectiva para el entrenamiento de la competencia cultural.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con este marco, <strong>los estudiantes de Enfermer\u00eda tienen el desaf\u00edo de brindar atenci\u00f3n cultural espec\u00edfica para las situaciones actuales que experimenta la poblaci\u00f3n de adultos<\/strong> mayores en t\u00e9rminos de atenci\u00f3n sanitaria que representa la diversidad en etnia, idioma, estatus socioecon\u00f3mico, religi\u00f3n, g\u00e9nero, orientaci\u00f3n sexual, historia de inmigraci\u00f3n y estilo de vida y con frecuencia falta de confianza (autoeficacia) en sus conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades; as\u00ed como reconocer las similitudes y diferencias entre los antecedentes
